【1 mintips】法國土司膨的秘訣 影片來源 https://youtu.be/_G-dHMROaUM 食譜作法 (中英文) 如下↓ 【好用鑄鐵鍋這裡買】→https://goo.gl/K2mGF1 焗法國土司 CheeseTopped Baked French Toast ================================= 材料: Ingredients: ================================= 厚片土司 1片 1 thick slice of bread 雞蛋 3顆 3 eggs 細砂糖 2茶匙 2 teaspoons of sugar 牛奶 150㏄ 150 mL (⅔ cup) milk 奶油 1小塊 small slice of butter 起司絲 適量 1 handful of shredded cheese ================================= 作法: Steps: ================================= 1. 將雞蛋、細砂糖和牛奶拌勻至細砂糖完全融化,成鮮奶蛋液。 Whisk eggs and sugar together evenly; stir until sugar completely dissolves. Add milk, and mix the batter. 2. 厚片土司泡在作法1的鮮奶蛋液中冷藏3小時以上,至土司吸飽鮮奶蛋液。 Soak bread into batter and place in refrigerator for 3 hours, or until the bread has absorbed the batter completely. (小祕訣:土司完全吸飽鮮奶蛋液後再煎烤,才能讓土司表面金黃厚挺,內部鬆軟好吃!) (Tip: Allow bread to fully absorb batter for a rich taste after heated.) 3. 在鑄鐵鍋中放入奶油,放入作法2的土司,煎至金黄,翻面後放進已預熱好的烤箱中,以上下火180℃烤約10分鐘。 Grease butter evenly on cast iron pan. Place bread into pan and fry both sides until golden brown. Place toast into preheated oven for 10 mins. at 180 ℃ / 350 ºF. 4. 取出土司後表面切成九宮格,塞入起司絲,再放入烤箱中,以上下火180℃再 烤約5分鐘,即為美味的焗法國土司。 Take out toast and slice the surface into 9 squares. Stuff shredded cheese into toast. Bake for 5 mins. at 180 ℃ / 350 ºF.
